Traffic Exchanges

Traffic Exchanges are a great free way to get traffic to your site. A traffic exchange is basically a site that exchanges traffic (duh).. but for viewing other peoples sites enables you to earn credits so others view your site!

So lets look at how to effectively use a Traffic Exchange.

Some important advice is to NOT use Auto-Traffic Exchanges. People just turn these on, and do not even look at the sites that are showed. Always use Manual Exchanges, and your results will be much higher. I need to also point out that since this is a free way to generate traffic you must not think that it will be as effective as other methods. It will produce results but  it will also take more effort on your end because it is free and you need to generate credits.

Here we teach you the most effective way to use these strategies, and so, here goes:

1.) Download Mozilla Firefox at www.firefox.com   - This is definitely the easiest, best multi window browser . No matter what your computer or connection speed is crazy browser will double your credits per hour. If you are using a 15 inch monitor you DEFINITELY need fireex. IT'S FREE. This browser has tabs at the top which you can click to easily move from window to window.

2.) Signup for the exchanges listed below. (bottom of this page)

3.) Save the websites for the exchanges as a "Group" by going to Groups, then Add all pages to group. Now when you click to open that group, it will open all the pages for you, so you don't have to redo it every time. (Just go to the page and choose "open in tabs")

4.) Set up your accounts and urls with the traffic exchanges.  In order to effectively use Traffic Exchanges you will need to capture your visitors attention within only a few seconds of them seeing your page. I recommend creating a short lead capture page instead of using a regular website. Your website needs to stand out and offer them something that will interest them into signing up. The best way to do this is create a page about 700 x 550 and focus on just grabbing their attention so they will want to learn more.. it does not need to be complex, it just needs to make them want to see what you have to offer. If you just use a home page they will get confused.. and confused people don't turn into customers! Many programs provide a lead capture page for you, but above all.. DO NOT advertise any websites main page.

4.) Start Surfing. Simply go through all the tabs clicking for the manual exchanges, and once you get back to the beginning you should be able to start all over again without waiting. This way you aren't waiting 30 seconds or more in order to click "next'. You are using several exchanges and generating lots of credits at the same time!
